How we handle your inquiry.

When you submit an inquiry on this site we collect the information you enter — your name, email, optional phone, event details, and message — for one purpose: to reply to your inquiry and book the event. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties.

What we keep

Submitted inquiries are stored in our internal records and may be forwarded to NICHA's management for routing. Records are retained for as long as needed to administer a booking and our reasonable business purposes.

Cookies & analytics

We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first tool that does not set cookies and does not track users across sites. We may set short-lived, first-party cookies strictly necessary for the booking form (e.g. to show your name on the thank-you page).

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of any inquiry record we hold. Email bookings@nichaofficial.com.
